Stock

Where does your product come from?

Since 2011 Holistique has been an Official UK Stockist for: Walker Tape, True Tape, Professional Hair Labs and Sunshine Tape. We continually import products directly from these manufacturers in the USA. So rest-assured that all products are genuine, current stock.

Can I back-order products?

Sorry no, Holistique only lists products that are actually in stock and available for delivery.

I can’t find a product, can you get it for me?

As Official UK Stockist for: Walker Tape, True Tape, Professional Hair Labs and Sunshine Tape. Holistique are able to order stock direct from manufacturer, should you require a product not currently listed, or require a larger quantity, we may be able to order or arrange for you.

Ordering

I entered the wrong delivery address what should I do?

As long as your order has not been completed, just send us a traditional email to: hair(at)holistique.co.uk informing us of the correct address and we can amend.

Delivery

How are parcels packaged?

Holistique uses only Discrete Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. We ship all orders anonymously, the only reference to Holistique on outer packaging are postal/return address labels, which must be applied for security. Invoices and all other order detail will be sent in the completed order email.

When will my parcel be delivered?

Holistique offers Fast UK Delivery
Orders received week days (Mon-Fri) by 15:00 and Saturday by 09:00 will be shipped same day. Delivery time will depend on shipping service selected when you ordered.

Normal UK Delivery Shipping Services times are:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 business days)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 business days)
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Business Day (Next Day Delivery)
Please note this service Excludes weekends, only delivered on week days (Mon-Fri).

My Delivery is delayed what should I do?

You can Track your Order by visiting your account page or follow the tracking reference number link sent with your completed order email.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return items to Holistique within 30 days of the date you receive your order, provided that item/s are unopened, all original seals and packaging must be intact.

Because of the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns of opened products.
