Terms and Conditions

Your use of the holistique.co.uk web site (“Holistique”) and purchase of the products (or services) (“Products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

The owner of this web site is Holistique Limited. Henceforth referred to as ‘Holistique Hair’ or simply ‘Holistique’, whose registered address is

Shopping with Holistique
By placing an Order online via Holistique website for a Product (“Order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are deemed to be separate and each is treated individually.

holistique.co.uk is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a Product will always be available. We may cancel any sale if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue any Product at any time. All products are usually held in stock. Back orders are normally received within 7 working days.

If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund/ re-credit the money you have paid for it.

The price for each Product is quoted in pounds sterling (GBP£) and includes V.A.T at the prevailing rate at the date of purchase.  Every effort is made to ensure that prices are accurate. Brexit, please note that prices may alter frequently due to US and EU exchange rate instability post-Brexit, though we aim to reduce impact of cost increases as best we can.

We must receive an authorised payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal before we can process and despatch your Order. Orders are processed securely online via PayPal using a valid credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your Order. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.

Credit card payment is provided and processed by either Stripe or PayPal to ensure security. Holistique does not store any debit or credit card details.

Special Offers and Discount Coupons
Unless stated, special offers or discount coupons issued can only be used once per checkout session, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Valid coupon codes should be entered into the Coupon Code field at View Cart page, when making your purchase. Coupons may be withdrawn or amended at anytime, without notice.

Please note that coupon codes can not be used in conjunction any pricing tier discounts.

Loyalty discounts
Loyalty discounts are automatically applied to subsequent purchases each time you purchase, after first, initial order. You need to be a registered account holder and logged-in at time of purchase to receive discounts, we unable to retrospectively apply discount.

We aim to despatch products within 12-24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received week days (Mon-Fri) before 14:00 will be despatched same business day. Standard UK shipping is via tracked services. Next Business Day delivery option is also available at checkout. Delivery costs are per item/per package and include postage at current UK rates plus handling and packaging. See Delivery page for more details.

Deliveries may take longer due to Bank Holidays, recent and future Royal Mail industrial actions, we apologise for any delays.

Due to COVID crisis, there may be delivery delays beyond our control, we are unable to refund or resend parcels delayed until a minimum of 14 days has passed beyond the original due date.

Your Responsibilities
Correct shipping address provision.
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address supplied with your order is correct and will be able to accept receipt signature during normal postal working hours.  If an instruction for safe place is requested, we will include your instruction on outer packaging, but unfortunately cannot guarantee Royal Mail will honour the request. Please note that Holistique accepts no responsibility for missing packages, where Royal Mail tracking shows and confirms receipt signature at the shipping address provided on your order.

On receipt of order.
Please check delivered Products within 7 days of receipt, as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.

Correct usage of product/s.
Holistique accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of any product sold, or damage caused to skin or hair systems through incorrect use. If using a product for the first time, please always ensure a test patch is performed.

Please read any documentation that comes with your Products carefully. It is your responsibility to use the Products in accordance with the purpose for which they were supplied.

Because of the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns of opened products.

You can return items to us within 7 days of the date you receive your order, on the condition that item/s are unopened, all seals and packaging must be intact.

We are unable to refund postage costs for cancelled, ordered in error or unwanted items and may charge a restocking fee. For your own protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning an item.

Please include a note of Order Number, which can be found on the Order Confirmation email.

Once return has been received, condition will be checked, and if ok, a refund issued to original payment method.

Trade Description
We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, Products offered for sale may differ from those described due to later production changes in specification, components or place of manufacture. Product images used are supplied by the manufacturers and are kept as up-to-date as possible. If any information on holistique.co.uk contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, any such information is not to be treated as representations as to the current availability of the products actually offered for sale.

The copyright of all Holistique products and marketing is owned by Holistique and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. This copyright extends to the design, look and feel of holistique.co.uk, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

Holistique, holistique.co.uk and our logos are trade names or trade marks which are solely owned by Holistique and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission. Holistique owns the registered trademark in the name “holistique” and we are also the owners of unregistered trademark rights in them.

We do not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade marks or brands featured on holistique.co.uk  which belong to their respective owners. We do not give any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product or Brand nor the right to copy them.

Privacy &  Data Policy
Holistique will not share any personal information with third parties and will always treat any personal data that we collect in line with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Whenever you provide personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy, current UK Data Protection legislation and Internet best practice.

When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to holistique (for example your name, phone number, postal address and email address). This information will be kept securely and are only used for the purposes of processing your Order, Fraud Prevention and to provide an up to date and efficient service. When you make an Order and are submitting your data you therefore agree to this use.

All new Holistique customers we will be given the choice whether or not you want us to contact you about future offers, events and new Products or related activities that you may find useful.  If you are already an existing customer and you have submitted information that you don’t wish us to store, is incorrect or have an enquiry relating to Privacy please email us help(at)holistique.co.uk

Holistique will provide its services with all possible care and professionalism but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other persons or 3rd Party companies or services.

Holistique excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to holistique and holistique shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to the following:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information on holistique.co.uk
  • Any interruptions to or delays in updating holistique.co.uk
  • The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of Holistique or any Product purchased through holistique.co.uk.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the holistique.co.uk web site or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
  • Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a users computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading holistique.co.uk, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from holistique.co.uk or its licensees and affiliates;

  • Holistique will not be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use holistique in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse holistique for any loss or damage caused as a result. Obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Use of Holistique and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.


We may change or withdraw any part of holistique.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at holistique’s option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and holistique and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
