Return Policy
Holistique only accepts returns of New, Unopened Condition Products,
Return Window is 30 days from receipt date.
You may return items to us within 30 days of the date you receive your order, on the condition that item/s are unopened, all original seals and packaging must be intact.
Because of the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Please note that Holistique does not accept or provide exchanges.
We are unable to refund postage costs for cancelled, ordered in error or unwanted items and may charge a restocking fee of £2.50.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning an item. Please include a note of Order Number, which can be found on the Order Confirmation email.
Once return has been received, condition of product will be checked, and if meets our Return Conditions, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically 3-10 days, depending on your original payment method.

Faulty or defective goods
Please report any product faults to Holistique directly within 7 days of receipt.
We can then advise best cause of action.
Because of the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns of opened products and they should not be sent by post once opened.

Your Responsibilities
Correct shipping address provision.
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address supplied with your order is correct and will be able to accept receipt signature during normal postal working hours.
If an instruction for safe place is requested, we will include your instruction on outer packaging, but unfortunately cannot guarantee Royal Mail will honour the request.
Please note that Holistique accepts no responsibility for missing packages, where Royal Mail tracking shows and confirms receipt signature at the shipping address provided on your order.
On receipt of order.
Please check delivered Products within 7 days of receipt, as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
Correct usage of product/s.
Holistique supplies Hair System Products that are intended for Professional Use. Please read any documentation that comes with your Products carefully. It is your responsibility to use the Products in accordance with the purpose for which they were supplied.
Holistique accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of any product sold, or damage caused to skin or hair systems through incorrect use.
When using a product for the first time, please always ensure a test patch is performed.
